For added security we include a tracking number on all parcels which is included with your shipping confirmation email. However, some of our smallest items have the low cost shipping option of a "Letter Rate". This option does not include a tracking number.

*We attempt Same Day shipping on all orders processed before 2:00pm EST (Monday to Friday, Holidays excluded). All orders are quickly processed, packaged, & shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. If your parcel isn't shipped 'Same Day', then it will be shipped on the following business day.
