In Response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus),
We continue to process and ship orders daily. The health and well-being of our employees and customers is our highest priority. This is especially important to us as a family-run business with seniors involved and newborns in our homes.

How we are adapting:
To help slow the spread of COVID-19 we are no longer offering in-store pick up or visitors to our Vancouver location. We are also limiting our on-site staff to one office employee and one warehouse employee at any given time. We sanitize all high-touch surfaces regularly and maintain physical distance from one another as well as from courier drivers wherever possible.

What this means for our customers:
We continue to process orders daily and aim to meet our same-day shipping goals. Minor delays may occur in our processing times, and average delivery times have increased by approximately 1-2 days for all domestic shipments within Canada.


Free standard shipping (2-9 days) on orders over $100 CAD, before shipping and taxes.
Same-Day shipping on orders processed before 2:00pm EST, Mon - Fri.*
Valid to any Canadian shipping address.
No cash value & no adjustment on previous orders.
Does not apply to refunds or exchanges. Offer may expire without notice.

Items may be returned for a 100% Refund or Exchange within 30 days of original purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and one-way postage fees on product exchanges.
Returned items which qualified for Free Shipping will be refunded less our outbound shipping costs.
*No refunds or exchanges of custom made car seat covers or used bedding products.

We guarantee workmanship, materials, and product satisfaction for 6 months, assuming normal and intended use.
Products may be returned for replacement or credit within 6 months of purchase if they are found to be defective in any way.

Further Shipping Info & Details:
Qualifying orders will have the option to select "Free Shipping" only after entering the delivery Country and Province / State.

International Orders are available and will be invoiced on an individual basis. Please email us for a shipping quote which can be added to your custom Paypal invoice.

For added security we include a tracking number on all parcels which is included with your shipping confirmation email. However, some of our smallest items have the low-cost shipping option of a "Letter Rate". This option does not include a tracking number.
* We attempt Same Day shipping on all orders processed before 2:00pm EST (Monday to Friday, Holidays excluded). All orders are quickly processed, packaged, & shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. If your parcel isn't shipped 'Same Day', then it will be shipped on the following business day.
** Please include any special delivery instructions in the 'Order Notes' section of the Checkout Page. (For example: "please leave by side door")
*** "Free Shipping" applies to original outbound shipping costs only.
