A modern update on the most timeless sheepskin product, this Shearling B3 Aviator Hat was famously used by pilots of the Second World War. These bomber hats are designed for warmth in the coldest environments, such as a fighter jet without any cockpit heating.
Our B3 Aviator is made from double sided shearling with Napa leather on the outside to repel water and soft insulating wool on the inside. The ear flaps are designed to be worn down for added warmth, but they can also be secured up on the crown of the hat if the wool gets too warm.
Natural shearling sheepskin is one of nature's warmest insulators. Breathable wool fibres are the perfect non-sweat material to keep you toasty and warm while maintaining dry comfort.

Sizing
To determine your hat size, measure around the circumference of your head with a flexible measuring tape. Position the tape over your eyebrows and just above your ears. You can also use a piece of string in place of the measuring tape, and then measure the length of the string. Use this size chart to determine the best size.
